MISSION to achieve the VISION

To reduce unemployment by providing integrated training for skill development and creating opportunities for offline and online jobs for women and youth entrepreneurs. To ensure a safe and secure environment for children by raising awareness on child rights and preventing child marriage, sexual exploitation, abuse, and child labour. To promote quality education through Blended Learning methods, ensure proper nutrition and affordable healthcare, and eradicate drug addiction by engaging youth in gymnastics and proactive activities.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVEs

Strategic objectives to achieve the goal in its working area by 2026, as well as to contribute to the achievement of the SDGs.

  1. Providing training and support to women and youth to become entrepreneurs in handicrafts, digital marketing, and online outsourcing;

  2. Ensuring ICT-based and joyful learning methods developed by competent class teachers, educational experts, and concerned authorities, and introducing blended learning for all school and college-going students;

  3. Mitigate the effects of climate change and ensure productive agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, and food security by adapting to the changing climate in both Char and plain lands;

  4. 4. Ensuring women’s economic empowerment (WEE) by supporting women in income-generating activities and promoting a gender-sensitive environment everywhere to eliminate gender-based violence, domestic violence, and abuse;

  5. 5. Providing necessary support and building awareness among children and their parents to protest any form of violence against children, child marriage, and child labour. Eradicating child abuse, sexual exploitation everywhere by ensuring a safe and secure environment for children;

  6. Ensuring the accountability of relevant authorities to select the right beneficiaries in Social Safety Net Programmes by collaborating with local administrations, local government institutions (LGIs), government organisations (GOs), and NGO service providers, through civic education and advocacy;

  7. Reducing the mortality and morbidity rates of patients with non-communicable diseases, raising awareness about health and dietary habits, and reducing the risk of disease or attack rates through mass awareness campaigns. Creating an environment for exercise/gymnastics for good health for all and keeping the youth away from drug addiction;

  8. Disseminating an early warning system during disasters by communicating with all levels of disaster management committees, authorities, and using online information to reduce mortality, asset loss, and risks to vulnerable people.;

  9. Conducting various research activities to identify the root causes of any crisis and creating and implementing innovative projects to eliminate existing problems, ensuring the sustainable development of the community; and

  10. Providing advanced ICT services and training, offering training on Handicraft product making, and facilitating the buying and selling of products at fair prices. Conducting basic and Spoken English Courses for all categories of Students, Jobseekers and Professionals.
